These are substances that may prompt sleeping. Milk is a good example. Keep you hair short. A long hair puts in more years to your appearance, essentially making you appear to be a beat and worn-down hag. Trying a shorter do can enhance your youthfulness. Tell your hairstylist to offer you side swept bangs to show your pretty face. Adding layers can also make our hair look animated and shinier. A little highlight might also do. Putting on a darker hair ( dark brown or black ) doesn't only make you younger, but also coats up those gray hair. Live in a healthier environment. Folks who live older like the centenarians have some surrounding things in common : tiny stress, unsullied air, good water, and perfect nature. Planting more trees in your neighborhood and planting more plants in your garden will help you provide cleaner air.

More plants in the area mean more oxygen to respire. Remember that what we breathe is the precise thing they breathe out, and vice versa. Don't put plenty of makeup. Yes, makeup can make you look pretty.

But its amount, composition, and its style could make or break you. Keeping makeup light will not make you appear to be a villain. Use more pastel colours and those with lighter tones rather than the dark antagonistic-like colours. Also try lipsticks with brown shade. These would make you look more natural and plenty of ears younger look after your teeth. Ever notice there are plenty of old people who only have fake teeth? This is as as we age, our body soaks up and stores less calcium ( which also explains why old ladies are susceptible to osteoporosis ). So avoid losing your teeth once and for all. Brushing each after meal is the most simple yet the most beneficial habit for a good-looking set of teeth. Use teeth lightening products that may make you teeth white and glossy. Tea and coffee can stain your teeth straight away so a brush after is actually useful. Going to the dentist at least twice yearly is terribly crucial.
