Beauty Techniques- notes

We have become obsessive about shedding weight and disposing of wrinkles. Naturally it's better to stay beautiful when you've got an entourage containing a private fitness trainer, make up artist and hair dresser. Millions of greenbacks are spent on face creams and products that guarantee to get rid of wrinkles. Men became just as vain as ladies, moisturizing, exfoliating and dying their hair. Is there anything we will be able to do aside from botox injections? Some beauty strategies have been passed down from the old Hollywood celebs. Many an actress today plunges her face into a bowl of cold water and ice. If the shock doesn't kill you, it's meant to invigorate and excite the skin. This could be too intense for a regular regime but no pain, no gain. It could be a cliche but the best recommendation on appearing good is to live right. Smoking, raving, eating rich foods and alcohol all take a heavy toll if not moderated. The body can only take so much and the skin will begin to show the apparent results of an unhealthy way of life. Dry, creased skin and dark circles under the eyes will betray all. There isn't any great mystery to beauty systems.

There's not much wrong with purchasing lotions and potions but it is only a non permanent fix before it all catches up to you. Eating lots fruit and veg, no drinking and smoking water or pure juice rather than caffeine is a good regime to follow. An adequate quantity of sleep is also constructive. The body wants time to recuperate.

Some ladies will not take the rubbish out till they're totally made up. The very idea of facing the world without putting their face on sends them into blind apprehension. The truth is that cosmetics weren't invented to save our youth. The less make up, the better. Of course, we ladies could not give it up wholly so it is important to clean, tone and moisturize each day.
